Using Forkcast

Forkcast is free to use while it is in beta, for planning your own meals.

Prices are a guide

Shopping totals use the median UK shop prices published by the Office for National Statistics for the month shown. Real prices vary by shop, region, brand, offers and date, so your bill may be higher or lower. Cupboard basics are not included in the total.

Food safety and allergies

Follow the cooking times in each recipe and make sure meat, fish and eggs are cooked through. Recipes are not checked for allergens: always read the labels on what you buy, especially if you or anyone you are cooking for has an allergy or a medical diet. Forkcast is not nutritional or medical advice.

Forkcast Pro

Forkcast Pro is a subscription at £3.99 a month or £24 a year, paid through Stripe. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Manage subscription on the Pro page; Pro then keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. If you're unhappy within 14 days of first subscribing, email us and we'll refund that first payment in full. Your Pro key is for you and your household; please don't publish or share it widely.

No guarantee

We work hard to make Forkcast accurate, but it is provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect loss.
